MerchDen acts as a fulfillment agent, customer service partner, and online store provider for many entertainment acts and online retailers. As such, we provide the following general guidelines for online sales and exchanges:

MAKE SURE WE HAVE THE ITEM YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR!

If you have any questions regarding item availability, please contact us.

ANY EXCHANGES MUST BE SENT TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CUSTOMER DELIVERY.

We will only accept non-opened and/or non-worn merchandise for exchange that is sent back to us within 14 days of customer delivery. If your item was received damaged or defective, we will replace the merchandise with the same item free of charge.

EXCHANGE FEES MAY APPLY.

If you have ordered the incorrect size or color, or are exchanging for any reason other than our error, there will be a small exchange fee to cover exchange and return shipping. Please refer to the Exchange Guidelines at the bottom of this page if exchanging a product.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ORDERS THAT ARE NOT REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE.

We send many emails and communications during the order and shipping process to inform you of your orders status; please extend us the same courtesy.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

PACKAGE & ITEM EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

If you are returning a package to us, please include the following items in your shipment so we can process your exchange quickly and efficiently:

• The merchandise you wish to exchange
• OUR MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM (see link below)
• If exchanging for a different size or color: $5 in the form of a check or money order to cover return shipping and handling.
  Please note: If $5 is not included in the package, your merchandise will be held until we receive it. No exchange fee necessary for damaged/defective items.
