Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE NOTE: This page is for customers that wish to RETURN an item they have received for a REFUND. If you wish to EXCHANGE your item for another, please click here.
MerchDen acts as a fulfillment agent, customer service partner, and online store provider for many entertainment acts and online retailers. As such, we provide the following general guidelines for online sales and item returns for a refund:
WE MUST BE MADE AWARE OF ANY RETURN BEFORE SHIPMENT.
Please email MerchDen to let us know that you would like to return a product to us - we must approve any returns. NOTE: Any returns sent to us without permission will not be processed.
ANY RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CUSTOMER DELIVERY.
We will only accept non-opened and/or non-worn merchandise for return that is sent back to us within 14 days of customer delivery.
RETURN FEES MAY APPLY.
As MerchDen is a fulfillment and processing agent only, return and restocking fees may apply to any return. These fees will be calculated at 15% of the full purchase cost of the returned item. Please refer to the Return Guidelines at the bottom of this page if returning a product.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ORDERS THAT ARE NOT REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE.
We send many emails and communications during the order and shipping process to inform you of your orders status; please extend us the same courtesy.
PACKAGE & ITEM RETURN GUIDELINES
If you are returning a package to us, please include the following items in your shipment so we can process your return quickly and efficiently:
- The merchandise you wish to exchange
- OUR MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM (see link below)
